How To Break Out Of Frames
Ever get trapped in frames at somebody else's web site? Here's what to do. Open up your browser's
history list of where you've been and click on the most recent one which is where you are now.
In Internet Explorer 6, look for the History 
icon across the top toolbar.
Click on it, then click "View -> By Order Visted Today" to sort the list so the top one listed is where
you are right now. Click on that location to open it in a full window.
